The readout calendar

A trial answers its question on the date it reaches primary completion. These are the dates the field’s open questions are currently expected to be answered, taken from each sponsor’s own estimate in the registry.

Those estimates move, often by months and sometimes by years, so read this as a schedule of intent rather than a promise. It is still the closest thing to a map of what is coming.

Told when a readout lands

A Phase 3 result is the difference between an interesting molecule and a medicine your doctor can prescribe. They are announced without warning and usually move a share price before they move a headline.

This registry is rebuilt every day. If no trial is recruiting for you today, that can change within weeks.

This form sends your email address and the topic of this page to Brevo, our email provider, which stores them on servers in the European Union. We never sell that address, never share it with anyone, and never use it for advertising. One email deletes it. What is held, and where.

Dates are the primary completion date recorded by each sponsor on ClinicalTrials.gov API v2: the point at which the last participant is measured on the primary outcome. Publication and any regulatory filing follow it, sometimes by a long way. Trials already stopped are excluded. See how trials work.
