Ours. A trial attached to the wrong substance, a count that disagrees with its own table, a filter admitting something irrelevant. We fix these and date the fix.

The registry’s. Sponsors update their records constantly: status changes, sites are added, criteria revised. When the source changes, the next data build picks it up and the build date moves with it.

Fill a gap with an estimate: if the registry does not report something, the page shows a dash. Remove a terminated or withdrawn trial because it is unflattering to a sponsor: the record belongs to the registry, not to them and not to us.
