Medical disclaimer
This site reports what is on a public clinical trial registry. It does not practise medicine, it does not recommend any substance, and it will never tell you what to take.

Not medical advice
Nothing here is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and none of it substitutes for a clinician who knows your history. Do not start, stop or change any treatment because of something you read on this site.
If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency number. In the United States you can call or text 988 for the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline.
A trial listing is not an endorsement
Listing a trial means it is registered, not that it is safe, effective or right for you. Trials are research precisely because the answer is not yet known, and many of these substances are being tested at doses and in supervised settings that bear no resemblance to unsupervised use.
This site is not affiliated with any sponsor, and no sponsor pays for placement in any listing.
Eligibility is not decided here
Eligibility criteria are reproduced exactly as sponsors published them. Whether you can take part is decided by that trial’s investigators at a screening visit. The finder filters a public directory: it does not assess anyone and deliberately produces no score, no match percentage and no verdict.
These substances are controlled
Most of what is discussed here is Schedule I in the United States outside an approved research setting. This site publishes no sourcing information, no vendors and no dosing protocols for unsupervised use, and it never will. LSD.com reports registered clinical research. It is not medical advice, it is not a recommendation to take any substance, and trial listings are not endorsements. Talk to a clinician.
