Get in touch

One form, and it reaches a person rather than a ticket queue. Pick the closest topic so it gets read by whoever handles that, and the page you were on travels with the message.

Before you write: we cannot tell you whether you are eligible for a trial, and we cannot put you in touch with anyone running one. Every trial screens people itself, against criteria approved by its own ethics board, and the contact details are on each registry record. The preparation checklist is what to have ready before you call them.

Send us a message

This form emails what you type to the person who runs the site, through SendGrid, our mail provider. It is not added to any list, it is not used for marketing, and no copy is kept in a database here. Nothing is stored on your device by sending it. The privacy policy says what is held and for how long.

Data corrections

The most useful message we get. Include the page, the figure and the NCT number if you have it. Every correction that changes a published figure is logged on the corrections page with what changed and when, so the record of our mistakes is public too.

Trial sponsors and sites

Every registered trial meeting the inclusion rules is listed automatically. Listing is free and cannot be bought. If a record here is out of date, update it on ClinicalTrials.gov and the next build will pick it up, which is faster than asking us and fixes it everywhere else at the same time.

Press and researchers

The trial, sponsor and indication tables are available, and the published ones are on the downloads page. If you need a cut we do not publish, ask rather than scraping the site.

What we cannot help with

We cannot assess whether you qualify for a trial, advise on any substance, or refer you to a clinician or a clinic. We do not know where to obtain anything and would not say if we did. If you are using something now and want practical safety information rather than research, that page is here.

Please do not send medical details. There is nothing useful we can do with them, and this is not a channel that should be holding anyone’s diagnosis.

If you are in crisis

This site is not staffed for emergencies and a message here may wait days. In the United States, call or text 988 for the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, which is free and answered around the clock. Outside the US, your local emergency number.
