Editorial policy

Every trial figure comes from ClinicalTrials.gov and carries its NCT number. Sponsor summaries and eligibility criteria are reproduced unedited: they are the sponsor’s words, and editing them would misrepresent the record.

Sourcing or vendor information of any kind. Dosing protocols for unsupervised use. Any tool that outputs a conclusion about an individual’s health or eligibility. Any claim that a substance works, ahead of the trials that would establish it. Trip reports, or anything that reads as encouragement to use a controlled substance.

Clinics and licensed services may pay a flat fee to be listed. A listing fee never buys position in a ranking, never buys a favourable description, and is disclosed. We take no payment per patient referred to any clinic, laboratory or treatment facility: the Eliminating Kickbacks in Recovery Act makes that a criminal matter regardless of who pays.

Trial listings are never paid. Sponsors cannot buy onto this site, and every registered trial meeting the inclusion rules is listed whether they like it or not.

This site takes no position on whether psychedelics should be legal and no view on drug policy. It reports research. Readers who want advocacy are well served elsewhere.
